Florida Vacation 2011: Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World

On Tuesday night, we went to Disney World with the Patterson's for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is when the they close the park early and open it from 7pm-12am for trick-or-treating around Disney as well as the usual Disney World activities. The kids made to 10pm...the latest they have ever stayed up!

Edina Homecoming Parade

The kids loved collecting candy and seeing all the different kids from Edina clubs.
The football teams handed out small Edina footballs which were a huge fav for our sports dude.




We have another favorite thing about Edina...the homecoming parade! Edina is great for so many reasons...location, best schools, the people...but the quaint small town feel in the middle of a huge metro area. They do such a good job with family events but this is our new favorite. It was so fun to see all the different aspects of the Edina education system in the parade. Just awesome!!

Monday Funday with Grammy

The grand finale to 5 days with Grammy was a fun packed day on Monday...with making treats, going to the zoo, Zach's swimming lessons and going to Twins game!!





Zach was totally into the game...baseball and hotdogs were the focus. All day he talked about how he needed to bring a bag for all the balls he was going to catch! I love his excitement!
