Maybe these are just funny to me because I was the one trying to sell "the ocean is fun" to Zach...this is one sale I have yet to close. 
Instead, I carry him in (furthest we have gotten) while he holds on for dear life.
Then I go back in and show him how fun it can be...while he begs me to come in. He is even scared if I am out there without him. 
And this is why we vacation near the beach...but at a place with several pool options.
